River Center Theater

$17.6 million, 79,000 square foot renovation of the performing arts facility constructed in the 1970s.  Project included 2,000 square foot lobby addition, reconfigured orchestra seating bowl, new premium boxes, VIP reception areas, relocated concessions with additional queuing space, additional women’s and family restrooms, and fresh new finishes in all public areas.
